Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will give you total command over your mailboxes and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can redirect e-mail messages from one email box account to another, create e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and defend your e-mail box accounts against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email mailboxes against junk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific email box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtering your incoming mails based on specific rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and change the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Simply select the e-mail account you would like to forward e-mail messages from, then select the destination email mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail account will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
